Just had a long, hard desk shift. So many people. So much bad breath. Bring on virtual reference!

Reading about Wikis. Uses we can make of them as internal managment tools is really interesting. Funny though, that in the Connect@slv sessions, it's Post-it notes that are the preferred method of assembling people's thoughts.
